Mossad – The Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations (המוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים מיוחדים ha-Mosád le-Modiʿín u-le-Tafkidím Meyuḥadím), known as Mossad, is the national intelligence agency of Israel. Shin Bet – The Israel Security Agency (ISA; שֵׁירוּת הַבִּיטָּחוֹן הַכְּלָלִי, Sherut haBitaẖon haKlalilit.erally ‘the General Security Service’; جهاز الأمن العام, jihāz al’amn al`ami), better known by the acronym Shabak (שב״כ; IPA: شاباك) or the Shin Bet (a two-letter Hebrew abbreviation of “Security Service”), is Israel’s internal security service. It is one of three principal organizations of the Israeli intelligence community, alongside Aman (military intelligence) and Mossad (foreign intelligence service).
