Operation Thunderbolt – Raid on Entebbe – July 4, 1976

It is June 1976. Air France flight 139 bound from Tel Aviv to Paris is hijacked by a group of Palestinian and German terrorists and flown to Entebbe, Uganda.

On board are 226 passengers and crew. More than half of them are Israeli citizens.

What unfolds over the next 72 hours is a counter terrorist hostage rescue mission carried out by commandos of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) at Entebbe Airport in Uganda on July 4, 1976.

The Raid on Entebbe is the largest, most complex, most amazing hostage rescue operation in the history of Earth . . . except, of course, for that special operation in Eqypt a long time ago by a guy named Moses and EL ADONAI HA’ELOHIM, known to Moses simply as “I AM.”
